I am an experienced professional licensed inspector. This includes residential and commercial properties. I have a background in the large construction industry and global business operations. I have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and customer experience. My goal is to deliver accurate objective based information for the client to make the best business decisions, whether it is a seller or buyer.
As a family oriented homeowner, I think that it is critical that clients trust the information because the selling and purchasing of home is a large family event. This is also the case for commercial properties.

Standard Home Inspection
I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that I’ll inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.
Mold Inspection
Unchecked mold indoors can damage the structure of a home, cause wood rot, and ruin drywall. Most importantly, mold can cause health problems. A professional mold test starts with a thorough inspection of your property. I will investigate any signs of past or present water intrusion, which can promote mold growth, and I’ll take samples of any suspected mold for laboratory analysis.
